  • Do you accept insurance?

    Green Family Therapies is an in-network provider with BlueShield of California (PPO) and United Healthcare (PPO) plans. All other PPO plans are eligible to receive services with us as private pay clients and receive a superbill for insurance reimbursement.

  • Will you verify my insurance?

    Click the “Resources” tab at the top of the page to download our detailed insurance verification checklist. Our checklist is provided as a guide in verifying your plan benefits with your insurance directly. Clients are responsible for knowing their specific plan benefits. We make it easier!

  • I am a Regional Center client. How do I request services with GFT?

    Please contact your service coordinator directly and request Green Family Therapies as your speech and language therapy provider.

  • Can you see my child at their private school?

    Green Family Therapies is contracted and listed as a preferred provider with several area private schools. Contact your school administration and ask if Green Family Therapies is partnered with your school. If we’re not, contact us to get the process started!

  • Do you contract with local public schools?

    Green Family Therapies is a California Department of Education Non-Public Agency. We available to contract with public, charter,and independent schools throughout the state. Call or email referrals@greenfamilytherapies.com for our rate sheet.

  • What cities do you service for individualized therapy services?

    We provide speech theapy and occupational therapy throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. Our therapy clnics are located in La Verne, CA and Corona, CA.
